Lex 2011 + The #Lex2011Tweetup

I will be attending and speaking at Lex 2011.
On Day 1 (16 March at 11:10am) I am presenting a Case Study on using Twitter to raise your profile and grow your law firm, based on my experiences at Inksters. I will look at:-
- Marketing to a changing demographic: Understanding how your clients want to interact with you
- Trailblazing an innovative and organised approach to social networking in legal services
- Encouraging your lawyers to tweet
- Building your personal brand, alongside the firm’s brand
I may also mention Law Firm Twitteratigate in passing 😉
Also on Day 1 (16 March at 2:20pm) I am joining Charles Christian and Steve Kuncewicz for a group discussion on social media in law firms.
#Lex2011Tweetup
A tweetup was suggested a little while ago in tweets with @LindaCheungUK. At that point involving a small group of Twegals who were speaking at or attending Lex2011. As Linda tells us in Twitter Clinic: A hashtag case story that has grown somewhat and we are now expecting quite a crowd of Twegals at the #Lex2011Tweetup.
Where: All Bar One, 58 Kingsway, Holborn, London, WC2 B6DX
When: Wednesday 16 March 2011 from 6.30pm onwards
Who: Legals who tweet (Twegals): Anyone who is interested in or associated with the law and who tweets. You don’t need to be attending Lex 2011 to come to the #Lex2011Tweetup.
Linda and I look forward to seeing you at the #Lex2011Tweetup.
You can register that you are attending (although no need or obligation to do so – you can just turn up on the night) at:-
